When you select Custom setup there are several Advanced Properties available for the profile.  These advanced properties can be set from the "How?" tab.  Advanced Properties let you set the options for copying, define compression ratio, set external program or batch files to run before and after the profile is run, as well as the selection of the Dial-up networking that lets you login to a remote server using the Windows Dial-up Networking.  Second Copy also has a built-in feature that lets you auto-login to the remote server.
